Project Power Teambuilding

 

Have you ever watched the show the “The Apprentice” by Donald Trump?

 

It’s a business-based reality show – where participants are split into groups to work on mini projects.  Sometimes, the projects focus on sales, sometimes strategy, sometimes product development, etc .. the list goes on.

 

The winner gets closer to the reward.  One loser gets “fired”.

 

No one gets fired in this teambuilding – but teams are group to focus on improving their business skills in a FUN and real environment.

 

 

 

Synergy Teambuilding

 

When there is people, there will be misunderstandings and miscommunications – all resulting in loss of synergy and teamwork.

 

Oftentimes, misunderstandings are just due to someone doing something differently from us.

 

This teambuilding – while letting the hair down … is also a fix it, allowing the participants to understand each other better – and be given tools to increase synergy.

 

Ideal for management, for inter-departmental groups, and anywhere where synergy and working-as-one becomes mission-critical.

 

 

Here’s a sample of the agenda for one of the team-building programs “Project Power (Day-1)” that moves the participants from getting excited and empowered, to moments of truth about their knowledge in Project management.

 

The program is holistic, involving DISC personality profiling (from understanding the project team and how to best utilize everyone’s strengths) – right down to effective communication (which is essential for projects to be successful) …
